- Remove the stalk from each mushroom, wash it, cut it into pieces and cook it in a pan with a little oil together with the crumbled sausage.
- Place everything in a bowl.
- Add the parsley, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper, a tablespoon of oil, a tablespoon of white wine, a crushed clove of garlic, and mix well.
- Peel each mushroom and stuff it with the previously prepared filling.
- Place the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish, season with a little oil and place in the oven.
- Bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
